Building on past AFOA BC HR conferences, we are pleased to present the 2012 First Nations HR program. More than ever, HR is becoming an important activity in band administrations. In some cases, band administrations are hiring full time HR specialists to oversee human resource planning. This work includes development of policies and procedures, job descriptions, compensation and employee benefit programs.
