DescriptionOrganization: AFOA BC Location: Quaaout Lodge Link: Click here for more information AFOA BC has planned a two-day conference June 18-20, 2012 at the Quaaout Lodge that will outline important areas of band administrator competencies based on the core competencies of Planning/Organizing, Capacity Building, Leading and Monitoring/Controlling. Within each of these core competencies we will cover subjects like IBA’s/Consultation Agreements, HR for managers, AANDC funding agreements/capital projects and skill development. As noted from past AFOA BC conferences, a key benefit of these gatherings is the networking, meeting new friends and sharing our experiences. We hope to see you this coming June!
