 This is an outline of a Learning Event held by the Canadian Sustainability Indicators Network (CSIN) in which four researchers presented their findings regarding sustainability indicators. The research consisted of a science-based and principled definition of sustainability and a method of creating, evaluating and supporting the use of the indicators
