The purpose of this document is to articulate the high-level design of the Cumulative Effects Assessment (CEA) Workshop. Table 1 summarizes the overall characteristics of the workshop, and Table 2 describes a high-level workshop design. These will drive the next step: articulating the specifics of each session (process, activities and materials).
