This resource was developed with the Snuneymuxw First Nation for their Code of Ethics, Conduct and Conflict of Interest. It identifies the professional duties and obligations of Chief and Council members that will protect the best interests of the Snuneymuxw First Nation. The Code also is designed to clearly identify the expectations SFN members can have of their leaders and representatives.

Lyackson First Nation (LFN) contracted Laich-Kwil-Tach Consulting Group to complete the community consultation required to draft a new Membership Code for the Nation. The report is provided to LFN Leadership and Administration and to Emily Grier of Rana Law who draft the Code.
