AFN National Chief Believes Solution to Trans Mountain Pipeline Expansion Is Moving It

Perry Bellegarde, the national chief of the Assembly of First Nations (AFN), believes the federal government should move the route of the Trans Mountain pipeline and marine shipping terminal to avoid Indigenous communities that are opposed to the project. The federal government has not yet announced how it plans to proceed.
