BC Government to Fund Indigenous Housing Units

The British Columbia government has approved funding for housing both on and off reserve for the first time. The funding will provide more than 1,100 housing units for Indigenous people. The announcement includes 367 units in 16 projects on reserves and 776 units of housing in 14 projects off-reserve in communities throughout the province.
