The British Columbia Supreme Court has denied a requested injunction to stop work on the Site C dam, but it hasĀ ordered that a full trial should occur prior to the flooding of the Site C Reservoir. This leaves open the possibility that the project could still be halted permanently. The reservoir is scheduled to be flooded in 2023.
