B.C. Supreme Court to Hear Arguments on Site C Injunction

The West Moberly First Nations have applied for an interim injunction to either halt work or suspend construction on the Site C dam. A B.C. Supreme Court judge will hear arguments on the application this week. Parts of the proceedings will be streamed online so that members of the West Moberly First Nations can participate.
