After the hearing set for May 29, the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls will not hear from families and loved ones until the fall. Additional regional meetings that were set to be held have been cancelled and replaced by more informal, community meetings throughout the summer. Frustration is mounting among families and loved ones as they attempt to be placed on the list of participants, and calls to replace the inquiry members have begun.
