Federal Government still Non-Compliant on Indigenous Children's Rights, say Groups

The First Nations Child and Family Caring Society, along with the Assembly of First Nations, has filed a motion with the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, asking that the federal government be declared non-compliant with the Tribunal's ruling from a year ago. That ruling declared that Indigenous children in Canada are subject to discrimination when it comes to access to government services.
