First Nations Fight Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain Pipeline in Federal Court of Appeal

The fight against the Trans Mountain pipeline continued this week as seven First Nations, the cities of Burnaby and Vancouver, and two environmental groups appeared in the Federal Court of Appeal in Vancouver. It is rare for Canada's federal court system to review pipeline approvals. A ruling against the project would sent it back for assessment and delay progress significantly.
