The Supreme Court of British Columbia has granted a temporary injuntion to keep First Nations protesters off Marine Harvest's floating farm systems due to the intimidation of employees by the protesters. The injuction creates a 20-metre exclusion zone around the operations of Marine Harvest. The ruling included an exeption for activist Alexandra Morton, who will be allowed to enter the buffer zone to collect samples.
