The National Energy Board's (NEB) reconsideration hearings have ended, and the question of meaningful consultation with Indigenous people over the Trans Mountain pipeline expansion is being addressed. A total of 25 different tribal councils, communities, and individuals spoke about how they believe the pipeline could affect them.
