Ktunaxa profoundly disappointed but undeterred by Supreme Court ruling

A landmark decision released Thursday by Canada's top court paves the way for development of the Jumbo Glacier resort in the Kootenays region of British Columbia, despite strong objections from the Ktunaxa Nation.
