Metis Settlement General Council Signs Agreement with Federal Government

The Metis Settlement General Council has signed the Framework Agreement for Advancing Reconciliation with the federal government. The framework agreement was two years in the making. The framework agreement sets out a results-oriented negotiation process to work with various federal departments to to close gaps in health, child and family services, and employment on the settlements.
