Grizzly Bear Recovery Plan Membership Report

Resource Description:

The primary goal is to protect and restore adequate grizzly bear habitats and connectivity in the Phillips watershed on the BC South Coast. If accepted and implemented by the BC government this plan would be the first grizzly bear recovery strategy on the BC Coast (and the second in all of BC). This plan proposes to recover Phillips grizzly bears from a low of 10–12 grizzly bears to at least 40–50 animals.
